Campus Crusade for Cthulhu: IT found ME!
Famous Residents of Arkham
Inez Galrywombly

Inez Galrywombly was a child prodigy, being an expert in chemistry and thaumaturgy at age 8.

At age 9, she decided to branch out in her efforts, learned veterinary medicine, and built a creature that combined the best of the wolf, lion, panther, and wolverine.

It promptly ate her and her family, and then loped off into the woods, never to be seen again.

Little Jimmy Loomgaponk memorized the entire contents of the Liber H*****r and the complete Necronomicon.

He got to talking in his sleep one night, called up several Great Old Ones, and woke in the morning to find his home and family (and much of the country surrounding their isolated farmhouse) had been destroyed completely. Only he survived.

He was adopted by Agnes Ritherfreud (here shown) who cut out his tongue for safety.

Emmaline S. Hoopalaunde

Emmaline S. Hoopalaunde, the famous silent movie star, came to Arkham to do location shoots for her new film "It Waits In The Ocean."

She was a believer in true authenticity, so the movie crew used a real ritual on the beach that October night.

The resulting film was never released, and Emmaline and her film crew have never been seen again.

The developed film, found in the camera, is on file at Miskatonic University Library. It is not available to the public. Ever.

Wilma Jennings Boofle and her pet chicken, Fido, were inseparable for many years. Fido could fetch, chase cats and cars, forage in trash cans and hike its' leg.

One terrible Sunday, Wilma's mother decided she wanted to serve chicken to the family.

That was the day that we found out about El Pollo del Muerte .... the Chicken Of Death.

After the funerals, Ralston Wigwag adopted the chicken.

Andrea Doria Fush

Andrea Doria Fush mastered the Eight Finger Positions at the age of 6 months, and all seventeen of the Hand Sigils at age one.

Of course, not knowing their significance, she randomly displayed them, until the day she placed Finger Positions Eight and Three before Hand Sigil Twelve and followed that with Hand Sigil Seventeen.

She immediately melted into a pool of grease in her crib.

The pool of grease lived for three days.

When the Arkham Contract Bridge Club chose a cat as its mascot, the protest from Innsmouth was extreme. This is understandable in view of the incident with the two Japanese felines.

The choice of mascot was changed, after much debate, to a whelk.

It was not a good choice
